Lakefront property with Pool

A spacious lakefront property with a large pool and deck to enjoy the view. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with most amenities located less than 2 miles away. Your bathroom even has a jacuzzi tub.

The house is 2000 sq ft and the bedroom available is 12.8 ft by 10 ft. Also is has a large closet.

The house has 40mbps wifi and it quite reliable. Honestly it's the best service I've personally had in over 2 years.

$400 deposit
$30 background & credit check (non-refundable)
$800 rent due on the first of the month, a late fee with be charged after the 5th of the month

The electric bill will be split between the two of us. It's usually around $170 (so you'd pay around 85) which is really cheap for the area. The reason this is so low is that the house has a brand new roof to help with insulation and the entire kitchen has brand new appliances that are energy efficient.
