Looking for a new roomie!

Looking for a new roommate to replace myself, as I am graduating this term. We are looking for someone to fill in for at least winter term, but more than welcome to extend that to spring. The address is 2220 Hilyard Street, 22nd and Hilyard, and it is about a 5-7 minute bike ride to campus, or a 10-15 minute walk. Bus stop is also directly across the street. Great set of current roommates, all males, very laid back. House is in great condition. Stress-free living.
