I'm looking to sublease my apartment starting December 2015. My apartment is a mile away from University of Tennessee and much less from the agricultural campus. Its a 3 BR + 2 Bath.
It's less than a mile away from Walmart and Publix. The free shuttles from sorority village are 2 mins walking from the apartment. The KAT Bus stop is right outside the apartment. One of the roommates has a dog and a cat. They're adorable! She cleans after them and you have nothing to worry about.
This room is convenient in terms of location and very reasonably priced.
