Two single, mature easygoing, laid back females that work full time are looking for the final third person, female or male with a full time job outside of the house as well. (Handy? Like Housekeeping-ask for discount!)
Waiting for you is the second largest bedroom of three, it has a queen size bed and furniture with a great view of the water and with a nice closet. Bathroom is right outside of your bedroom. (IF you have your own furniture, I'll store mine) New tile just put in entire house!

My single family home has a nice 3/2 SPLIT STYLE for privacy- huge great room, high speed Wi-Fi internet, large fully equipped eat in kitchen, large relaxing oversized screened in porch overlooking the water with Patio set and BBQ grill for you to enjoy as well.

Price includes house access and ALL utilities such as gas, water, electric, and also included: quarterly & on call Terminex pest control, weekly lawn care and washer and dryer usage. Additional storage in attic available. Cap on utilities will be discussed ONLY if well exceeds high side normal usage. (never had to in past) No perm guests but allowed two times a week max.
-Of course you must be responsible, have full time job outside of home, be drug and drama free, easy going and nice....like we are, have own vehicle and pay on time. -Prefer long term, but am open to short term.
-No smoking (allergic) or pets, sorry. I do have one very small hypoallergenic dog that sleeps in my room.
$500 deposit (negotiable for the right person)
