I am graduating from Iowa State in December and am needing to sublease my room until July 2016 because I am moving back home. This townhouse style apartment (1st floor) is located in West Ames and is managed by University West. Rent is $405/ month plus less than $20/ month in utilities. There are 3 other female roommates that are very easy to get along with and very respectful-- no drama of any sort. I moved here in August not knowing any of them and I have gotten along with them great! The sublease can be signed as soon as possible and you can move in anytime after I graduate (December 19th, 2015). Also, the lease comes with a free gym membership to Ames Racquet and Fitness Center.
