Quiet view home in Northeast Tacoma

I am looking for an amazing person to share our home with. My home is beautiful, in a safe quiet neighborhood. I have a dog named Blue who is quiet except when the mailman shows up. We don’t want another dog or cat.

Our household is made of women who are friendly, quiet, and are happy to visit with you and leave you alone when you need that. We are great communicators and lead with kindness and grace.

I am a longshoreman and my boyfriend is a fireman. We don’t do sleepovers here. The bedroom is good sized, and comes furnished. The shared bathroom is always clean and we tend to go to sleep about 9pm. We are up around 5am. So I’m looking for someone who won’t cook and do laundry after 9pm.
