We have 2 bedrooms for rent from Jan-Mar 2016 for $550/room/month and $650/room/month shared bath/common areas. The 3rd bedroom is rented.
The home is .7 miles to downtown Saratoga and 87/Northway.

You will enjoy a warm comfortable room for 1 person in our conveniently located Saratoga Springs home.

We have a private room with a full sized bed, small dresser, mirror and closet. One bathroom in our home is shared. Large yard and great energy! You are welcome to use the Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry and Off street parking.

We have one other bedroom available for rent. We also have a listing for a full house rental.

The room is 10 by 10 feet square. Ceiling Fan. Good size closet. Small dresser. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. There is a TV in your room and the living room. You will enjoy our high speed wi-fi internet and cable TV.

We have one 10 speed bike you my use, Barbeque, hammock, relaxing and quiet neighborhood.

No pets or smoking on the property.
