The place is located in Euless, Texas. I have one bedroom and bathroom open in this 2 bed and 3 1/2 bathroom house. The place has a 2 car garage, washer and dryer, and WiFi. There is a Home Owners Association that takes care of the yard and the outside of the house. The room has a small walk in closet, a cable connection, and a private access to the bathroom. The room is also unfurnished. The neighborhood has a running trail that connects with Bob Eden Park. The home is locate about 5 mins way from grocery stores, cleaners, auto shops, gas station, and DFW Airport. Utilities are water, electric, gas, and a security system and I would expect that the roommate pay half.
