I am looking for female roommate (30-45 yrs old) with no kids, non- smoker, clean but (not a clean freak), picks up after themselves. Rent would be $675 per month plus 50% of all utilities (public service, water and trash removal) and 50% of wireless internet services. An average monthly cost of utilities will be supplied upon interview. A minimum of a 3-6 month lease is preferred along with a $600 security deposit is required.

I am clean but not a neat freak, I am laid back and quiet. I work and go to school, so I would prefer someone that is quiet. I am looking for a roommate for my home in Aurora located approximately 10 minutes from I-225. Private bedroom, Bathroom with shower, shared living, kitchen and laundry area. I have a two large dogs.
