Hi!

My name is Angelica, and I'm moving out with my boyfriend from our 2bedroom apartment to travel for a year. Our roommate Shannon is staying in the main room, and we need people to replace us in the second bedroom by the first week of November. I've included pictures of us and the apartment. Most of the livingroom stuff will be gone, except for the two couches and TV. The last photo is your future room (it's a photo we took before moving in). Your bathroom will be clean and empty when you move in. You will get a parking spot, Shannon has the other spot. Shannon also has a cat named Rex and a kitten named Willow.


Roommates MUST be:
Clean(we have a list of tasks each person does a week. Just 4) and pick up after themselves
Respectful of other's things
No parties at home
Minimal to No smoking
Communicative, Honest, and Responsible


About:
Shannon is 26, travels twice a year, works at multiple catering jobs, is hard of hearing so she has an ear piece, and aspires to be an actress.
Us moving out-I'm a 24 year old fashion designer with two businesses, and he's a 24 year old photographer with his own photography workshops


TO MOVE IN, APARTMENT MANAGER HAS DECIDED ON 2 months' rent and deposit. Once you move in, you guys and Shannon will meet with her to sign the lease.
Utilities (electricty & gas, apartment pays the rest) and internet/TV are divided equally

For 2 people (couple, sisters, or friends):
Monthly rent per person is $475 (Total to move in is $1425 each)
Afterwards, rent is $475 or less per month per person, depending on what you discuss and agree with Shannon.

For 1 person:
Monthly rent is $950 (Total to move in is $2850)
Afterwards, rent will be less than $950 per month. Discuss and agree with Shannon.
