My roommate is graduating from BU this semester and so want to sublet a unfurnished room in a 2 bedrooms, 1 bath apartment on Babcock Street from 1 December 2015- 31 August 2016
The Babcock Street T station B line and the bus station are in front of the apartment (literally).
There are UBurger, Dunkin Donuts, T Anthony's pizza and many more eating joints on the opposite street.
Star market and Super 88 are just 2 minutes walk away.
Boston University FitRec is just a block away.
GSU is 10 minutes walk from the house.
Laundry is in the building.
Hot water and heat is included in the rent.
I prefer female apartment mates only.
You can stay alone or share the room with another female, it's up to you.
