looking for a roommate

Looking for someone to relieve me of my current lease.
The apartment complex is Stonewood apartments
The rent with electricity and cable/internet comes out to about $900 a month.
The place is pet friendly.
You will have one roommate. You each have your own room and own bathroom.
The bathroom will be located inside of the bedroom.
Apartment complex is located in the heights, so you're pretty much close to everything.
It's a great apartment complex! I've never had any problems with them whatsoever.
The washer/dryer is included with the apartment.
If you have any questions and/or want pictures of the place please feel free to text/ me whenever.
We can even arrange a time for you to come see the place!

Also, i should add that it would be best if another girl could take over this lease rather than a guy.
