FURNISHED BEDROOM NEAR MED CAMPUS

I'm looking for a very professional, courteous, and clean roommate to share my home with me. The bedroom for rent is the largest bedroom in the home and has recently been remodeled and furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, desk, night stand, flat screen tv, and modern décor. There is one shared bathroom in the home.

This is a great location for those that work or attend school on the medical campus. Development is going on all around and the light rail is opening in 2016. Please only apply if you have a fulltime job or are a student.

I do not smoke or use drugs but am 420 friendly - outdoor smoking only. No cigarette smokers, that smell sticks around forever.

I work as a Consultant and travel 60% of the time. I also have a small, friendly dog. Ideally I would like a roommate who is ok with watching my dog during my travel weeks (typically mon-thurs). I would pay my roommate $50 for each week needed to tend to him (feed/let outside at least every 8-10 hours/give him a little attention each day).
