My roommate is moving and I am looking for someone to take over her bedroom for the remainder of our lease (goes through July 2016)..

I'm a 23 year old male young professional, recently out of college working full time in the area. I'm very easy going, clean and organized. Would prefer another roommate (male or female) around my age and in a similar situation.

It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment located on the lower east side of Milwaukee in an amazing location, just blocks away from Brady Street, Water Street, and Lake Michigan. It is newly renovated with hardwood floors, new carpet and finishings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. It also features in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment complex itself is very nice.. featuring a clubhouse, workout facilities, and firepit. Underground parking is available for $115/mo, otherwise street parking is free. The building is well secured and has an office staffed 7 days a week. Rent is $897/month plus utilities, which are around $50/mo each.
