I am a student looking for one or two roommates that will have their own room. I live in a three bedroom, two full bathroom house that is walking distance to fry street and pretty much on UNT campus. The house is all hardwood floors with washer and dryer hookup. I prefer no pets, non-smokers. This is a friendly but clean and non-smoking environment. This is not a judgmental house, so sexual orientation or religion do not hinder your opportunity. Perfect for a foreigner or out-of-state because there is a mattress available and the house has living room furniture, a dining room table, and kitchen ware. No car needed to get to UNT. Rent with internet and utilities is $550. There is a $200 refundable deposit.
