Description coming soonHi! I'm currently in the process of buying a new town home in The Woodlands and should be moving in by December. I am looking for 2 roommates to rent out rooms.

Information about me:
21 years old, I work full time and attend school. I'm laid back but am very tidy.

Information about the house:
Spacious 3 bedroom town home. The bedrooms are located upstairs and there is a shared bathroom. There is also an extra living area upstairs. You will have full access to the kitchen/laundry room/etc.

Rooms are 13x10 and one is 11x11. Good sized closets.

Rules:
Ideally I want roommates who are going to be clean and respectful. But it'd also be great if we could all get along and hang out once in awhile! As I said, I am busy but also laid back.

Pricing:
Rent will be $650 monthly, and we will split the utilities 3 ways. There is a non refundable $400 deposit.
