I had to move for work, so I'm re-leasing my awesome two-bedroom apartment on the East Side of Green Bay, off of Abrams/Mason Street. HEAT IS INCLUDED! You only have to pay for electric and cable/internet (if you want). Rent is only $635... AWESOME deal!

You'll be re-renting the apartment and signing a new lease, so you won't have to worry about dealing with a sublet really.

BONUS: I've paid this month's rent, so if you're looking for a place ASAP, this month's rent is already paid! You will have to pass a background/credit check before renting.

It's around 900 sq. ft. and has two spacious bedrooms and an extremely open kitchen and living area, with great appliances. It is on the first floor, with a sliding door/porch area off of the front. It's located near gas stations and a few stores, so food items/necessities are within walking distance. There is also a detached garage carport, which will be great for the upcoming snowy months. :)

If you want a cat, you'll have to pay a monthly fee that I wasn't because I didn't have any pets. But it's not too costly and it's great that they allow furry friends! Also, it's extremely quiet and a really friendly area.
