Room for rent, Sloan's Lake, Denver

Hey you future awesome roommate!
I own a beautiful home one block south of Sloan's Lake in the Highlands on 16th Ave and Yates Street! $900 per month - utilities NOT included, or $1000 per month - utilities included. We can do month-to-month, short leases, etc, but I do require 1st and last month up-front.

- The room is the basement which totals out to ~190 square feet.
- You have your own full bathroom on the first floor near the kitchen
- Accessible Garage for your bikes, storage, etc (just not a car).. my big Jeep takes up too much room :/
- 1,800 sq ft house on a 4,500 lot - big back yard, big front yard. There's a sun room (pics included), an outdoor patio deck, a fire pit, and a hammock!
- The basement room is relatively small but the living room right above it is virtually untouched by me unless I need to get mail from the front porch (I spend my time in the master bedroom and loft on the second floor).
- I have a cleaning lady that comes once every 2-3 weeks to do the deep clean

What I'm looking for:
- Male or Female
- No pets, I have two dogs already - a Rhodesian and a Black Lab who are awesome and calm but don't do well with new arrivals.
- No cig smokers (non negotiable).
- No drugs except pot, I don't smoke but if you do that's fine but it better be outside!

About myself:
- I'm a 31 year old male, you can me to see I'm not a psycho (or am I?) - Iassen Donov
- I am a Senior Recruiter for a multi billion dollar company ( I work 8-5)
- Former Army Ranger, so if the bills don't get paid I WILL sell you to human traffickers in Southeast Asia.
- I'm a big Crossfitter so I'm usually out the door in the morning around 5am and don't come home until about 7pm after my second workout.
- Party days are behind me, and they are for my house as well.
