Room for rent

Description

I have two unfurnished rooms for rent starting November 1 possibly earlier. The house is a 1400 square foot house located in Chandler. It is located off of Alma School between Chandler Blvd and Ray. Each room is $500 a month or $925 for both plus 1/2 or 1/3 of the utilities depending on how many people are living at the house. There is no cable or Netflix in the house; however, I am flexible on getting cable, Hulu, or Netflix, etc. as an added utility to split. There is a washer and dryer. There is some storage in the house and there is a shed. The house also has a carport. You would have access to your bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and a shared bathroom. I have no pets, pets are up for discussion, but understand that there will be an additional charge that would be nonrefundable.

About Me:
I am a 27 year old gay male. I am a sixth grade teacher so I work a normal schedule (Monday- Friday 7-4). I do like having everything neat and organized in the common areas! If you are a messy person, or not someone who sees that the trash needs to be taken out, or the counters needs to be wiped, etc. and do not take the initiative to do it, this will not be a good fit. I do not mind company and I do not mind the occasional get together either. I do not care if you are gay or straight white or female or male. I am more concerned that you can pay your rent and keep the house clean for all.

Please Note: The previous people are moving out I just wanted to give you an idea of what the rooms look like. Also, you are more than welcome to change the paint color in your room, I want you to feel comfortable.
