2 Bed/2 Bath Apt -Lake Austin Blvd

I have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment on Lake Austin Blvd (The Boulevard at Town Lake Apartments) and am looking to rent out the second bedroom. My unit is newly renovated on the first floor with a pond view. All new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. All common areas are fully furnished but the bedroom is not furnished (I do have some furniture you could use if needed). This is a great complex and I have lived here for over 5 years.

Monthly rent is $1000 plus even split of utilities. I currently pay approximately $2,500 per month for rent plus utilities (Rent + trash/water is $2,175, electricity is $150, 200mb internet/cable/Netflix/Amazon Prime is $150).I would budget $200 for utilities.

Downtown is a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. $5-6 Uber ride. Can walk to ACL/Zilker/Town Lake (i.e. great location).

I work downtown and am looking for a similar young professional to rent out the other room. I am indifferent between male/female, but I am looking for someone who is social and easy going, respectful of a shared living space and is really just “normal”.
