A nice sized bedroom in a town house. I'm moving into a 1 bedroom but I need to find someone to cover my half of the rent before I do! It's a really cute townhouse within a 10 minute walking distance from TTU. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. The girl who will still live here is great and she has a very sweet small dog! Rent is 275$/ month + 250$ deposit. Wi-Fi is around 22.50/person and water is included in the rent. All we pay is electrical and sewage. Pets are 25/ month I believe. The landlords are nice and the apartment has relatively new carpet and brand new paint. There's a w/d in unit.
