Placed in a quiet part of the neighborhood in Little Chute I have a 4 bedroom ranch home on a lovely corner lot just 10 minutes from downtown Appleton. It's newly remodeled, furnished with a leather couch and loveseat, a piano, plants, oak furniture and a lovely spacious living room. There are 4 roommates currently living together, 3 males and 1 female that get along really well and are respectful to each other. whether it be just chilling on the couch with a beer in our hand, outside grilling or us jamming on our acoustic guitars we have a family vibe about us. You get a bedroom, access to the internet as well as washer and dryer and utilities covered.


What I want from you...honesty, integrity, someone a little more laid back who keeps clean after themselves and works well with others. Someone willing to be responsible and mature but at the same time someone willing to enjoy life and enjoy the company of others. We all have our own lives so you don't need to be a best friend by any means, but the ability to work well with others is a must. Let me know if you are interested.
