I have one room in my Avalon Park single family home for rent. Private bathroom, driveway and street parking.

About me:

I am a 28 year old female homeowner. Gemini. Introvert. I am clean, clutter free and pretty quiet. I'm very respectful towards others so I would like to find someone who is similar. I don't care if you are a male, female or LGBT.

I live a drug free, smoke free, healthy and active lifestyle so there shall be absolutely no drugs the house! I am looking for someone who appreciates a quiet and relaxing place to call home. No parties!

As for hobbies, I love the outdoors and traveling. I've traveled all across the USA, parts of Africa and China/Hong Kong. I do a lot of hiking, camping and mountain biking. I also love cars and motorcycles (which is why the garage is unavailable)! I also love drawing and reading.

This may sound strange, but its very important to me, I need room mates that don't wear shoes in the house. That's all. :-)
