We have one room for rent. It's a 11'X11' with own closet and private restroom. We are asking $450+$250 unfurnished or $525+$250 furnished. Common areas will be shared (living room, game room, laundry room, kitchen, backyard). All bills included (lights, water, gas, wifi). Real close to I10, 99, Katy mills mall, Lonestar college, Memorial Hermann Katy hospital. You must be comfortable with a beagle and there is no smoking, drinking, drugs or overnight guest in the house. Must be respectful, honest, and clean. We will need proof of income, a criminal background check and references will be required.
