I'm looking for sublets for my bedroom in a two bedroom apartment this year. I've taken a job where I need to relocate. Its a two bedroom apartment at The Venue apartment in Dink-town. The Venue is a year old and is located a couple of blocks form the University of Minnesota Campus and in the heart of dinky town close to bars, restaurants. and night life.There is a target right across the street which is awesome to walk any get your groceries and other supplies that you may need. The apartment is fully furnished with a 42" flat screen TV for the living room. Rent is $880 which includes water, Internet, sewer, cable, and trash and if you would like parking they offer parking in a private heated garage for $150 extra a month. The Venue includes many amenities such as; a fully equipped cardio room, free tanning, parking garage(for a feee), yoga studio, Private study/ meeting room, and free printing.
