Two guys 22/23. I've recently graduated from FSU and am working in Boca, the other is taking classes at BC and working in Coconut Creek. The location is The Preserve at Deer Creek, seen here:
We don't actually have the apartment yet but are looking into moving into their C1 model. We've checked it out and it along with the whole complex/area is very nice/affordable. We were going to move in with another friend of ours but unfortunately things got in the way. I threw a random date out there but we're pretty much willing to move in whenever.
