in a HOME in the Westwood Hills Nature Reserve neighborhood in St Louis Park, with easy access to I-394 and Highway 100, + many local attractions, 6 miles to downtown Minneapolis

a. PRIVATE Bedroom:
TWO fully furnished large sized PRIVATE bed rooms.
Each Private bedroom is per month: $950 + Fees payable to airbnb.
Weekly rates are: $250 per week
Daily Rates: $45-50 per day

b. Shared Room, in living room in walkout basement, with attached full bath
i) One large Queen sized bed on floor
$230 per week + Fees payable to airbnb
$750 per month + Fees payable to airbnb
or
ii) One large/ queen sized FUTON bed
$230 per week + Fees payable to airbnb
$750 per month + Fees payable to airbnb

The above are fully furnished. You only need to bring your clothes + toiletries. Prices we quote you include all utilities, except cable TV.
