I have one bedroom open at my house off Eastland Ave, in East Nashville. House is 2300 sq feet, 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with living room, bonus room and finished basement. House is fully furnished except for bedrooms. Rent is $600 plus utilities and internet of $150. The house is really impressive in terms of size and location, for the money. It is right next to Shelby Bottoms Park and only a $5 Lyft or Uber to 5 points. I would prefer someone in a similar age range, 20s to 30s, who is easy going, respectful, and can maintain cleanliness in common areas.
