Room with full bath in townhome

Description

A room to rent in a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome in a residential neighborhood. There is a small patio in the back that will be fenced in. Close to NC State, Meredith, and downtown. 2 Minutes from access to 440 loop. Older neighborhood, with large trees and friendly neighbors.

Friendly dogs allowed, I have one, large and friendly dog.

One room is on the third floor. Very large room with ample closet space. A king bed would easily fit in, with plenty of room to spare. Two large windows. Beige carpet. You wouldn’t share a bathroom with anyone, but the access is in the hallway. Granite counter in the bathroom.

The second room (asking 650) is a master suite. Private bath access, dual shower heads, granite counters. Two walk-in closets in the bedroom. Also very spacious.

I will be starting graduate school in the fall, so I will be a tad sensitive to noise during exam time. However, I still love to explore the city on the weekends when I am not too busy.
