My wife and I have a furnished bedroom to rent out. We have the master bath so you would use the main one. However we hardly ever have company so it would pretty much be all yours. Looking for a female with no children who would be residing. We do have two medium sized dogs as well as a cat. you would get a queen size bed, dresser, chair, use of laundry room, and all appliances in rooms etc. You would need to supply your own TV if you wanted one in your room.We do not pay for cable but do have Netflix and Hulu. $400 will take care of your rent, utilities, wifi, etc etc. We can't get any more mail through here as we have used up all our time with without for it.
