Private home in downtown gilbert

I have a newly remodeled home in downtown Gilbert. Walking or bike riding distance from the restaurants. House has a pool, good sized rooms and completely new bathroom and kitchen. Looking for someone reliable and clean. I'm pretty easy going and social but also enjoy coming home to some solitude. Would love to have a roommate that can become a friend as well.
