Awesome House Needs Roommate!!

Hello, I'm seeking a roommate to occupy a bedroom in a house I'm living in to move in ASAP and stay as long as you'd like. It's a 3 bed 2 bath and I am the only other roommate besides my small dog and an outdoor cat that comes in through the doggy door occasionally. Here's a quick rundown on the place: You would get a medium sized room and a bathroom that is also the guest bathroom if ever people are over. There is street parking and a spot on the drive way (you will never be blocked in), the garage is full though. An open kitchen, game room, lots of space, backyard, etc. A little about me: I'm 26, work in the software industry, play music and am active. I'm pretty low key love my work and life, I do drink and every now and then 420. I cook regularly and have many hobbies around the house, I fix stuff, work on projects, paint often etc.. I also host a poker night every other Saturday with some really cool guys (you'd be more than welcome to join in on the fun). All in all I'm very chill, really easy to get along with and am just looking to find someone similar to help split costs with.
