Also, because it is a big house there is alarm security system, and cameras in the perimeter of the property already installed.The neighborhood is very quite and secure. The house has a full kitchen, living room dining room, for your use as well,. Laundry is located downstairs. The room is upstairs and you will need to share the bathroom with one more person. The studio will be available for rent after mid August . It has two full beds one of them is hidden below the one that you are able to see in the picture. Both of them are very comfortable. There is a full kitchen (with all the utensils and dishware), walking closet and a full bathroom with tub.The rent includes the internet and utilities.Laundry is downstairs paid thru an app or coins.Also, two people are allowed to stay in the place. No pets are allowed in the building or smoking inside the unit.Parking: there is street parking which you need to get a permit from the city but at the beginning I can help you with a free parking permit (free of charge).
