Women only household! I have one private room available April second. Rent includes water and WiFi; gas, electric and toilet paper supplies are split monthly between tenants. I live there as well as my current three tenants. They are all working professionals, trustworthy tenants for over two
years. You have access to kitchen, bathroom, living room, a screened in porch that is smoke friendly- no smoking inside. Parking is easy with the driveway/side spot and I do offer extra storage in the top of my garage for whoever needs it. Looking for a nice addition to the house.
