Hello, I am looking for a roommate in our rented 3 bedroom / bathroom house in Westminster. It is located near nd & Lowell.

For rent is a private room, den, and bathroom on the lower/basement level of the house. My girlfriend and I live on the upper/2nd floor, and the ground floor contains the common areas. I am an attorney and I work in office M-F, she is a bartender who works a changing schedule.

House has a 2 car garage, small yard, washer/dryer, and large storage area. The third bedroom is a furnished guest room.

We have a dog and cat, and are open to other pets. The room is currently furnished because it is lived in but will be unfurnished at time of move in.

Rent is $ + utilities, year lease, move in around Memorial Day / early June, one year lease term.
