What a great room!

Description

This third-floor bedroom listed will be available for rent beginning April , since I am moving out that day. You would be replacing my name on the lease until at least June (next year), with the opportunity to renew for a longer stay or to find yourself a replacement before that date if you choose to move out earlier.

The split brick townhouse is just a three-minute walk from the Longwood Medical Area station on the Green E line and only a -minute walk from Harvard Medical School.



The apartment has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. You would be sharing one bathroom with just one other roommate on the third floor, as the other two housemates have their own bathrooms.

Housemates Ben, Andrew, and Vassanth are easygoing professionals/grad students. We respect each other’s space and work hard everyday.

The available bedroom is fully furnished with a motion desk, a wardrobe with hangers, a bed, a pillow, lighting, and more. I can also leave my monitor you for just $ if you’d like. It’s not top-of-the-line, but it works well for basic office tasks.



The apartment has ample common space, including a large fully furnished living room and kitchen on the second floor, which you’d share with your three housemates. The apartment also has a dishwasher, laundry washing machine and dryer, all free to use.

If you choose to move in between April and April , you'll only need to pay $ rent for that period of April.

Starting in May, the monthly rent is $, plus utilities (including Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity) which in total costs an additional $ per month.

To move in, you have to pay the first and last month's rent, plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent. That means $ multiplied by 3, which equals a total of $.
