Private floor with bath, sqft

INTRODUCTION:

The room on offer is over square feet, the private third floor of the house, and includes a private half bath. Furnished like an AirBnB, it includes a four-foot tempered glass desk and loveseat/sleeper-sofa combo, plus kitchenette with full size kitchen table, large fridge, microwave and toaster. The UC East Campus shares a property boundary with the corner of our backyard. We’re directly behind the Pharmacy College, yards to the shuttle stop, or minute walk to McMicken Hall. Students are preferred here, especially grad and international, but student status isn’t required here either.

FEATURES:

— Utilities are $ for everything up to and including half a dozen streaming media services. This of course also includes WiFi, and on that point it’s DSL, much faster than cable modem, it’s the latest tech ‘mesh’ router system, and there are two mesh routers.

— Private parking space.

— Included Food: There’s a lot of included food ingredients, see the list below.

— Furnished like an AirBnB. The only room furnishing I don’t ordinarily stock is bath towels. Also I don’t include a flatscreen like many hotels and AirBnB (sorry).

— Free Laundry, which includes laundry detergent and supplies (all household supplies are included, FYI).

OTHER:

— No deposit required.

— Written lease available, but not required.

— Pets Stay Free: No deposits or monthly surcharge, and no pet application process. We want pets!
