What’s up everybody? I have a room for rent in a duplex in Opry Mills area & minutes from downtown. Upstairs, downstairs. Bathroom, one half bathroom & quiet area. Xfinity internet works perfect here & I don’t have any issues lagging when I’m gaming which I do when I can. There is a gym minutes from the area. I’m also a musician,vocalist & college student so no smoking please from what the owner states & he’s pretty cool. We will go half on rent & utilities as well. $ monthly, lights are around $ depending on the season. Also, lease will be at least months & we will go into a roommate agreement that we will both sign. $ between us both, deposit due before move in as well so $ total.
