$ Master bedroom private bath

Description

I have a .5 bath townhouse. I am looking to rent the master bedroom with a private bath and walk-in closet for a month. Rent includes water, wifi, and trash services. You will be responsible for rd of the electricity bill.
The house has a small patio and single-car parking space. There is additional parking in the society. 7 min walk to bus stop for downtown.
Kitchen, dining, and living room space on the lower floor. It has an additional guest powder room and a small patio. The kitchen has a pantry, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.
The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer-dryer and storage cabinet.
