Large and bright room for rent in the Argüelles neighborhood, 3 minutes walk from the Temple of Debod. The neighborhood is a very central but quiet residential area, with a large park next door, also close to universities.
It is located just minutes walk from Moncloa station, 3 minutes from Argüelles station, 5 minutes walk from Plaza de España.
The shared spaces are the kitchen and bathrooms. There are three bathrooms in the house.
IMPORTANT: The living room is not shared and you live with the owners.
You would live with 5 other people, we are 4 girls and a boy between the ages of .
We seek to create a close living environment but respecting the spaces of others.
€ / month. The price includes all expenses: water, electricity, central heating, wifi and cleaning once a week of the house and the room. As for supplies, in case of excessive use above a certain price, the surplus would be divided among everyone.
