Two bed apartment available Sep 1, I am in need of a roommate to rent with. Hardwood floors, bathroom vanity drawers
, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, extra storage, free gym in building. Heat included.
Rooms are carpeted, and has private closet and window. I have a free roam rabbit(litter trained like cats) so roommate unfortunately cannot bring additional dog or cat for her safety. She is super friendly, quiet and clean. Available Sep year lease. I work from home in my room regular M-F business hours as customer service rep. I never party, very rarely drink. But don’t care if you do. I don’t smoke cigarettes. I quit vaping 4 years ago. Cannabis friendly outside. I have a girlfriend who visits about once a week. Laundry room is conveniently next door, can connect to with ShinePay or use quarters. Laundry noises have not been a problem, quiet neighbors. Extra storage locker in basement! Amenities we pay for quarterly water only about $, and electric. A/C wall unit included in living room. Preferably a year lease. I’m quiet and clean, easygoing. The diningroom chairs, beanbag and gray couch are my current roommate’s and will not be there. Snow removal included by landlord. There is a mailroom for packages
