private bed & bath in Stanhope

*for summer and/or next year, all girls apartment, $ below current market rate*

looking for someone to take over my lease at stanhope for next year. The lease begins the th of August month lease.
Also looking for a possible summer sub leaser, so if you want to sublease/take over for the summer and then continue that into the school year that is possible

Apartment is a private bed and bath in a all girls E layout apartment.

For the summer rent is $ of utilies included, and $ and for my current top floor parking spot if wanted. All of those are per month.

For next year, Rent is $ a month ($ below market rate), $ of utilities is included, and $ for the top floor parking spot i current have. But if u don't want the parking that's okay it can be removed.

Roommates are going into senior year, very clean and easy to get along with. Maintenance is fast and good, management and amenities are also fantastic. Roommates comes with dresser drawers, desk, chair, bed frame and mattress. Apartment has couch, coffee table, entertainment stand, TV, table and chairs, and barstools. There is also a piano and a mini fridge (she uses this so there's more room in the fridge) that belong to another roommate, but the piano is never played. Unit also has full size washer and dryer and lots of cabinet space.
