Hi all! Looking for roommate in my B apartment in Palms, near downtown Culver City.
Desired move-in date is Feb 1st but somewhat flexible; anywhere from late Jan to early Feb. Your rent is $.

I’ve lived here for over two years now; current roommate is moving out.

The place is spacious, has central AC, subterranean+gated parking, a balcony/roof area, multiple laundry rooms, and is within walking distance to Culver. Also a short walk to the Palms metro stop.
I’m a computer science PhD student at USC. I take the E-line to campus. In my free time I like to read/write, make music, and be active! Looking to live with someone who is respectful, personable, and communicative.
$ rent per month + utilities—i.e. electricity/gas/internet (we get Starry!).
