Furnished Rooms for Rent

Working professional looking to rent one room upstairs and possibly another room downstairs.

I have an elderly chocolate lab dog but I am not looking for another dog. Access to common areas is available but we can discuss details.

One of two furnished rooms is available in the second floor of the house. The room has tv, bed, nightstands and lamps already installed. There is also an unfurnished room downstairs available for discussion but I want to limit number of people to maximum of two.

High speed internet access and streaming services available for Netflix, Max included. Bi-monthly maid cleaning services are also included.

Garage parking offered at an additional 200USD per month.
