4 week sublet in Manly, April/May

We are looking to sublet our lovely first floor apartment in Manly whilst we are away. It’s a 2 bedroom place but only 1 bedroom will be available as we’ll be storing our clothes and personal items in our bedroom whilst we’re away. Large living area, washing machine and a balcony with a sea view. minute walk to the ferry wharf and supermarket. 5 minute walk to Little Manly beach. $ a week (+ $ a week in bills) for a 4 week stay from the th of April to the . May be able to be flexible with the dates by a couple of days. Tenants will need to sign a sublease agreement and provide copies of their IDs to our landlord. Feel free to with any questions;
