Located at the boarder with Rotterdam, it only takes minutes by tram or bike to the city centre.

Supermarkets, cafes, museums and public transport are within a walking distance.

Fully furnished with necessary amenities.
The costs are inclusive of amenities, however if there are two persons, the costs of gas, electricity and taxes may be higher.

A bike is also available for rent.

The house is available for short stay, months. From end of January until end of September .
