Trying to have someone else take over my lease at the Academy, just infront of UNL. Pictures are from , won’t let me add others for some reason.

The property is great, includes swimming pool, hot tub, a large gym and many study rooms. Fun activities happening every now and then.

The room itself comes furnished with a bed, desk, and drawer set. Everyone gets their own private bathroom. It is also pet friendly. The rent is $ a month but it includes water, electricity, wifi, all the utilities. The living area is also furnished with a couch and a table and TV. Lovely place to live.
