Pets allowed & dog park
Gym on the second floor
In unit AC & heating
Big windows in the bedroom and living room - I live off of natural light % of the time
Covered patio
Only neighbors on one side & I haven’t had issues with them
Good closet and storage
I’m the first person to live in this unit so it doesn’t have any big issues!

I would be willing to talk about furniture if it is wanted!
$ application fee for the apartment complex
$ lease transfer fee
No move in fee or deposit needed
The lease is over at the end of April, but there is the option to renew for months
Would be a great size for a couple or single!
I’m willing to move out as soon as needed
