My boyfriend and I are renting out rooms in our house. I am an elementary school teacher and my boyfriend works construction. We leave early and usually go to bed early. We do have a dog, he is very friendly and loves other animals. Our guest rooms are on the opposite side of the house so you would have privacy to do what you want. The room is furnished. We will absolutely take the boxes and extra stuff out for you.
