Hi, my name is Rich. I am a year old professional. I am renting out one of my spare rooms. The room is in Pflugerville in the Cantarra subdivision. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available immediately. You would have your own private bathroom. I currently don't have any pets but intend on getting a small dog in the future. Pets are welcome as long as they're not destructive and get along with other dogs. I don't smoke, but if you do it's outside only. I'm a pretty easy going person, not a neat freak, but try to keep the common areas of my place clean.
